Cancellation Policy

𝐈. In the event of you needing to cancel an accepted booking, clients/members must inform First Touch Academy via written notice/email. 𝐈𝐈. No payment refunds or make-up sessions will be applicable for client cancellations; session vouchers may be credited to our discretion. 𝐈𝐈𝐈. Accepted bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant without additional cost, provided sufficient notification is given; 1 week prior to the starting date of the session. 𝐈𝐕. All First Touch Academy sessions are subject to change in accordance with weather, venue availability, satisfactory number of participants (6+ attendees) and other factors beyond our control. In such event, we may cancel or reschedule the session (if available or suitable), with 24hour notice. 𝐕. For avoidance of doubt, no refund will be permitted for participants’ failure to attend the session (no make-up sessions will be offered).
